Launch of the NSRC

Challenge:
Help launch a new non-profit, the National Sexuality Resource Center, aiming to raise sexual literacy in America and connect academics, advocates and researchers with the latest information on sexual health, education and rights.

Solution:
Create and coordinate messages for spokespeople media training, website, and press materials; generate interest at key media outlets; and arrange press conference to introduce new website and online magazine, American Sexuality.

Impact:
NSRC and its director, Gilbert Herdt, are featured in stories on AP and Reuters, The San Francisco Chronicle, and CNN on day of launch, with ongoing coverage in New York Times, Los Angeles Times, NPR and outlets throughout the country.
